He is a young, energetic and affectionate dog.
We know little about his life, it's just that it wasn't right for him. It had an owner but they didn't understand that a home is forever.
JIMMY arrived from Portugal to SCAN through a friend who found him and notified the SCAN team to find a home where they would respect him and show him that a home is forever.
