Tosca

Hello, hello. I´m Tosca, a black beauty with a serious sense of fun.

Initially I was abandoned with my siblings and we came to SCAN. Still being a puppy I was adopted to a family with two female dogs. Unfortunately this didn't work out too well: too many girls in one house can be a bit of a handful! So back I came to SCAN.

I am boisterous and bouncy: I love being with people and have lots of energy but once my initial excitement at going for a walk settles down, I become a great companion: curious and aware. I walk well on a lead 'cos I have some labrador in me so I am very food motivated. That makes me easy to train once someone takes me on. Generally I get on well with other dogs, but I do have a strong personality and like my own way.

So my perfect home would be with a settled, older dog that will teach me to behave well and a family that likes to exercise with us dogs. I'm really clever, so the people here think that I could be good in agility or being your companion in the half-marathons or long hiking trips in the mountains.
